Mix all the ingredients except the Smoobees for 2 minutes on low speed and 2 minutes on medium speed with a flat beater. Mix the smoobees for 1 minute on slow speed, Pipe 110 gr of the batter in a muffin cup, sprinkel some Smoobees on top of the muffin. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 170°C.
Heat the egg white with the sugar au bain-marie at 50°C. Whip it till you receive a smooth fluffy texture. Pipe a dot of the meringue on the muffin and burn with a burner.
