Soften the Mimetic. Add all other ingredients except Smoobees. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Add the Smoobees and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Spray an inox donut mould with Spraylix and pipe 55gr in each mold.
Baking
Bake at 180°C for appr 20 minutes. Demold immediately and wrap in plastic to retain the moisture.
Coating
Decorating
Melt Coverflex until 25°C. Dip the cake donut in the coating and decorate with some sprinkles.
