Mix all ingredients except Smoobees on medium speed for 4 minutes. Add Smoobees and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Divide 2200gr on each tray and bake appr 20 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool down. Cut circles out of 16cmØ and keep them aside (+-235gr/pc).
Take a piece of the cake and spread 40 gr melted Pralicrac on it. Place a second layer of cake on top and spread 20 gr of Deli Caramel on it. Repeat this step 3 times until you have 6 layers of cake. Whip Ambiante and optionally add some orange coloring. Cover the entire cake with Ambiante (+-250gr/pc) and freeze. Place 2 hands of marshmallows in a plastic box. Put this in the microwave for 10 seconds. You will see that the marshmallow starts to puff up. Take the frozen cake and dip your fingers in the marshmallow. Wear gloves to do this! Create spider webs on the cake and decorate with some chocolate bats.
Tip from the chef:
1. To keep the spider webs longer, spray Ambiante with some colored cocoa butter*. In this way you will protect the marshmallow to absorb the humidity of Ambiante.
2. If the cake is well frozen you will not break the cream with the marshmallow and you have a cleaner look.
