Mix all ingredients except Smoobees for 4 minutes on medium speed. Divide the batter in 2 equal portions (1850gr). Mix one type of Smoobees through each batter.
Spread the batter on a baking tray and bake appr. 20 minutes at 170°C. Let cool down.
Heat Starfruit until 80°C. Add Bavarois Neutre and mix well. Incorporate Deli Cheesecake and Smoobees in the mixture and at the end add the half-whipped Passionata. Spread the mousse on one of the cakes and place the second cake on top. Freeze.
Cut the cake in rectangles of 5-7cm and decorate with the fondant paste.
