Mix all the ingredients except Smoobees on medium speed with a paddle for 4 min. Add the Smoobees and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.

Pipe 30gr in small half sphere mold and bake appr 15 minutes at 170°C. Demold and freeze.

Melt Coverflex until 25°C. Dip the cone 2mm in Coverflex and place half a cake on top of it. Let it set. Take a second half sphere and put it on top. Dip the complete cake ball into Coverflex and decorate as you like.
