Method

  1. Cake: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a paddle at slow speed until a smooth, homogeneous batter is obtained (+/- 3 minutes). Add SMOOBES and mix 1 minute on slow speed. Pour 300gr og batter in a cake mold and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes, according to the size of the cake.
  2. Coating: Heat all the ingredients together till 35°C. Dip the sized cake in the chocolate and let set.
