Mix all the ingredients except Smoobees on medium speed for 4 min. with a paddle. Add Smoobees and mix for 1 minute on low speed.

Pipe the batter in small (15gr) or big (50 gr) silicone canelé molds and bake at 180°C between 25- 30 minutes depending on the sizes. Let it cool down.
