Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Roll out the dough between two baking papers until a thickness of 3mm is reached. Spray an inox ring of 16cmØ with Spraylix or put a baking paper inside the ring. Cover the bottom and side with the streusel.
Cut out the shapes that you prefer and fill them with Smoobees.
GOLDEN CAKE BATTER
Mix all the ingredients except Smoobees for 4 min. at medium speed with a paddle. Add Smoobees in the last minutes and mix slowly. Divide 400 gr of batter in the tarte ring. Place a baking paper and 2 baking trays on top of the cake.
Bake appr. 50 minutes at 170°C. Remove the ring immediately and let it cool down.
