Composition

  1. Tegral Pastel 3 Leches Chocolate 
  2. Dulcerio 
  3. Cremfil Ultim
  4. Ambiante
  5. Carat 
  6. Red fruits

INGREDIENTS

WORKING METHOD

Pastel 3 leches Chocolate

  • Pour Eggs, Water and Tegral Chocolate Sponge cake in the mixing bowl and Mix for 6 minutes in medium speed with a paddle
  • Pour 350 g of cake batter into a round baking mold (18 cm diameter and 5 cm high) and bake
  • Bake: 170° x 35 m approx.
  • Cool down before to soak

Dulcerio Chocolate syrup

  • Pour Cremfil Ultim in one bowl and warm until 35°
  • Warm Dulcerio until 35° and Mix with Cremfil Ultim with Whisk, in order to get Chocolate Dulcerio syrup flavor
  • Cut the cake in 3 slices, Soak every layer with enough amount of this preparation, alternating every layer with Ambiante
  • Build and reserve

Decoration

  • Whip a medium velocity Ambiante with some cacao until a smooth pipeable texture approx. 6 to 8 minutes
  • Cover the cake and decorate using a comb
  • Decorate with red fruits and some pieces of Carat Heart Shape already cut
