INGREDIENTS

WORKING METHOD

Pastel 3 leches Candy Mint

  • Pour Eggs, water and Tegral Pastel Tres Leches in the mixing bowl, and mix with whisk for 6 minutes in high velocity
  • Apart, mix candy mint with flour in order to dust and incorporate into this recipe
  • At final of the whipped time, add the candy mint pieces
  • Pour 350 g of cake batter into a round baking mold (18 cm diameter and 5 cms high)
  • Bake: 170° x 35 m approx
  • Cool down before to soak

Dulcerio

  • Cut the cake in 3 slices, soak each layer of cake with enough amount of Dulcerio. Whip Ambiante until it has a smooth, pipeable texture

TIP: warm Dulcerio until 38°C , in order to make it more fluid

Decoration

  • Add red coloring to some part of Ambiante (don’t mix a lot, just marble effect) and pour in one pipe bag
  • Cover the cake with Ambiante. Put in piping bag the Ambiante Marble red color and make some drops in to the cake
  • Pour some candy mint batons and some pieces of Carat Sticks
