Composition

  1. Tegral Pastel 3 Leches 
  2. Dulcerio
  3. Decoration
  4. Topfil Forest fruits
  5. Red fruits

INGREDIENTS

WORKING METHOD

Cake Base

  • Pour eggs, water and Tegral Pastel Tres Leches in a mixing bowl, and mix with a whisk for 6 minutes in high velocity
  • Pour 350 g of cake batter into a round baking mold (18 cm diameter and 5 cm high)
  • Bake: 170° x 35 m approx
  • Cool down before to soak

Filling

  • Cut the cake in 3 slices, soak each layer of cake with enough amount of Dulcerio. Whip Ambiante until a smooth, pipeable texture and fill up the cake with this cream
  • Build the cake alternating cake slices, Topfil Fruit di Bosco and Ambiante already whipped

TIP: warm Dulcerio  until 38°, in order to make it more fluid

Decoration

  • Prepare all the red fruit and cover strawberries with Miroir Neutre
  • Apply in to the cake as you desire
