Tres Leches - Thanksgiving merengue gingerbread cake

Composition

  1. Ambiante
  2. Tegral Pastel 3 Leches  
  3. Dulcerio
  4. Ova Blanca
  5. Gingerbread pieces

INGREDIENTS

WORKING METHOD

Pastel 3 leches

  • Pour Eggs, Water and Tegral Pastel 3 leches and gingerbread powder in to the bowl, and mix for 6 minutes at high speed with whisk
  • Pour 350 g of cake batter into a round baking mold. (18 cm diameter 5 cm high)
  • Bake: 170° x 35 m approx.
  • Cool down before to soak

Dulcerio

  • Cut the cake in 3 layers, soak the layer cakes with enough amount of Dulcerio

Gingerbread filling

  • Pour Ambiante and Deli Speculoos at the bowl and whip all ingredients together until a smooth pipeable texture
  • Fill each layer of Cake with this preparation , alternating with Soaked Dulcerio Cake

Ova Blanca Merengue

  • Pour in the bowl Ova Blanca and water and whip all ingredients together until a smooth pipeable texture
  • Cover the Cake and decorate the cake with this preparation
  • To get triangle shape effect on the sides, take the spatula and press a little bite the merengue cake and take out as quick you can
  • Make some pipe on top and then, burn with a torch

Gingerbread cookie

  • Pour Tegral Carrot cake and rest of ingredients in the bowl, mix together
  • Put a fridge 20 minutes
  • Laminate and bake
  • Bake: 170° x 20 m approx
  • Cool down and break into smaller pieces.
  • Decorate your cake with this piece
