Composition

  1. Ambiante + Oreo Powder
  2. Tegral Pastel 3 Leches & Oreo Cookie Pieces 
  3. Dulcerio
  4. Carat Bark

INGREDIENTS

WORKING METHOD

Tegral Pastel 3 leches OREO

  • Pour eggs, water and Tegral Pastel 3 leches, mix for 6 minutes at high speed with whisk
  • To prepare the Oreo Pieces, just remove the filling of the cookie and crush until to get pieces (not to big)
  • Mix Oreo pieces with flour, in order to get dusty pieces
  • At final of the whipped time, add Oreo pieces in to cake batter
  • Pour 350 g of cake batter into a round baking mold (18 cm diameter 5 cm high). Bake: 170° x 35 m approx
  • Cool down before to soak

Dulcerio

  • Cut the cake horizontally in 3 layers and soak every layer with enough amount of Dulcerio
  • Build the cake already soaked with Cream Cheese filling

Filling Cream Cheese

  • Pour in the bowl and whip all ingredients together until a smooth pipeable texture
  • Build the cake and Fill each layer of cake with this preparation

Ambiante Oreo

  • Pour Ambiante into the bowl and whip a medium speed until a smooth pipeable texture
  • To Prepare the Oreo powder, just remove the filling of the cookie and crush until to get very fine powder (use a sifter in case of)
  • When Ambiante is already whipped, add Cookie Oreo Powder in to the Ambiante cream and cover the cake
  • Decorate the cake with some barks

Carat Barks

  • Melt the Carat Coverlux until 40°C
  • Pour in one tray and immediately add almond, pistachio and walnuts pieces
  • Take the tray and let crystalize at fridge temperature (5°C)
  • Break in pieces different sizes and decorate your cake
