Dulcerio: a deliciously sweet soaking syrup for all your cake applications, such as Tres Leches:
- Dulcerio is a convenient solution for your cake soaking, as you can use it straight from the pack instead of mixing a scratch recipe. It allows for a cake that soaks up the syrup very well, at the same time maintaining the needed firmness of your cake.
- Did you know Dulcerio can also be used for milkshakes? 50% of ice cubes, 50% of Dulcerio, mix it and you have a delicious milkshake. Feel free to add you favorite flavor!
Cuisipak: an unsweetened cream alternative, ideal for savory applications such as soups and sauces, or even salad dressings. Cuisipak doesn’t curdle when in contact with acidic ingredients (e.g., lemon, vinegar, or mustard) and has an excellent resistance to heat.
Benefits UHT technology
The Syrups & Sauces range is produced using UHT (Ultra High Temperature) technology. A UHT product is heated during production for a couple of seconds at 145°C or 293°F, destroying all microorganisms. This provides you with the following benefits:
- Can be stored & transported at room temperature (max 20°C/68°F), so no need for storage or transport in a freezer or refrigerated environment.
- Longer shelf life, with an average shelf life of 9 months
