Cuisipak: an unsweetened cream alternative, ideal for savory applications such as soups and sauces, or even salad dressings. Cuisipak doesn’t curdle when in contact with acidic ingredients (e.g., lemon, vinegar, or mustard) and has an excellent resistance to heat.
The Syrups & Sauces range is produced using UHT (Ultra High Temperature) technology. A UHT product is heated during production for a couple of seconds at 145°C or 293°F, destroying all microorganisms. This provides you with the following benefits:
