Cut the cake in 3 slices, soak each layer of cake with enough amount of Dulcerio. Whip Ambiante until a smooth, pipeable texture. Build the cake alternating Cake, soaking with Dulcerio and filling with Ambiante
TIP: warm Dulcerio until 38°C , in order to make it more fluid
Cover the Cake with Whipped Ambiante and decorate the cake using a comb
For unicorn horn cream shape; ´put enough cream in one bowl, make flat with comb. Take a little portion of cream using a spatula.
TIP: warm a little bite in order to take out the cream from the Spatula
