Mix all ingriedents for 4 min. on slow speed with a whisk. Pipe 300 g in a cake mold and bake. 

Bake for 45 min in a deck type oven. Top and bottom temperature 160°C. 

Closed damper.

Coating

 

Heat all ingredients to 38°C. 

Dip the cake in the coating and let set
