INGREDIENTS

WORKING METHOD

Mix the 3 ingredients for 3 minutes on medium speed. Bake in 20 cm aluminium moulds (325 g per mould): 

  • in a deck oven for about 55 min at 160°C or 
  • in a fan oven for about 45 min at 150°C.

 

Tips and Tricks

 

To increase its fondant, the gingerbread can be wrapped in cling film while hot.
