In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment, mix all ingredients together for 5min. medium speed. Spread into a 60x40 frame and bake.
Mix both ingredients together and spread on the baked satin cream cake, and bake.
Pre-soak the gelatin for at least 15min before using. Melt the gelatin and add to the Topfil, spread on top of the bake, and cooled down cheesecake.
Place the cut cheesecake on top of a rectangle of acetate and pipe the whipped cream on both sides. Press the plastic on the cream to make it stick to the cheesecake.
