Italian meringue: Bring to 115°C 300 g of sugar and of water then pour slowly on slightly emulsified egg whites (150 g), mix at high speed until obtaining the right consistency.
Fill with Deli lemon Pie and decorate with an Italian meringue, then torch it.
Place some lime zest and/or a slice of dried lemon on top.
