Soften the butter. Add the sugar and Acti Sugar Replacer and mix till a soft texture is obtained. Add slowly the eggs and melted chocolate. Put the machine on slow speed and add the flour. Pipe drop shape cookies on a baking paper and bake appr. 14 minutes on 170°C. Let cool down.
Heat the milk till 85°c and put on top of the chocolate. Blend till you receive a smooth texture. Pipe 4 gr of the ganache on the bottom of the cookie and put a second one on top. Let set a few minutes. |
