Temper the Belcolade Selection Lait Selection Sugar Reduced and mix with the yoghurt powder. spread it out on a baking paper in a 3mm thick frame. Remove the frame immediately and put the chocolate bark on a plastic corrugated sheet.
Immediately decorate the bark with these decorations and leave the chocolate to crystalise. Remove the paper underneath and pack the bark.
