Drawing from Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, we've crafted delicious breads to inspire you with flavorful creations. The limpa, a delightful everyday Swedish bread, blends rye and wheat flours with a touch of rye sourdough. Despite its rye content, it distinguishes itself from heavier rye breads by incorporating a higher proportion of wheat flour and a hint of sweetness from sugar or syrup. We've taken this traditional delight a step further by introducing a new version infused with the sweet notes of our rye sprouted grains.
