Graham crackers, marshmallows, and milk chocolate combined.
S’mores, an american classic
S’mores were invented during picnics in the park, where graham crackers, marshmallows and milk chocolate was combined on the grill, resulting in the famous S’mores.
Ingredients
For 1 full sheet pan:
- 1,8 Kg of Carat Coverlux Milk SH
- Graham Crackers
- Mini Marshmallows
Working method
- Start by lining a baking sheet
- Roast the marshmallows separately before adding them to the heated Carat Coverlux SH Milk.
- Pour the melted chocolate and spread evenly using a spatula by making it as thin as you like.
