A chocolate bark is a sheet of chocolate that comes in irregular shapes and usually covered with nuts, dried fruits, candies or other tasteful decorations. Here's a way to "eat" coffee along with delicious and easy-to-use Carat coverlux
How to melt the chocolate?
Material needed:
- Carat Coverlux SH
- Microwave-safe bowl
- Scale
- Spatula
- Thermometer
Working method:
- Scoop the desired amount of Carat Coverlux into bowl.
- Place bowl in microwave. Set the time for 1 Minute on full power.
- Remove bowl from the microwave and stir with spatula.
- Place bowl in microwave. Set the time for 1 minute at 50% power.
- Remove bowl from microwave and stir with spatula. Check the temperature with the thermometer.
- Thermometer read-out: 45 - 50˚C.
Create a Coffee bark
For 1 full sheet pan:
- 1,8 Kg of Carat Coverlux White SH
- 225 g of grounded Coffee
- Whole coffee beans as desired, for decoration
Working method:
- Start by lining a baking sheet
- Pour the melted chocolate and spread evenly using a spatula by making it as thin as you like.
