Lamination:
One double and one single folds
Rest:
at 4°C for 2 hours
Make up:
Cut round pieces of 6 cm, put 3 pieces next to another
Place 3 apple slices on top
Sprinkle with a mix of sugar and cinnamon
Roll up to make a rose, then put 10 pieces in a mould.
