Cheddar & Bacon muffin

Ingredients

Base

  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Savoury*
  • 200 g of Whole eggs
  • 900 g of Water
  • 400 g of Oil

Filling

  • 300 g of Bacon
  • 450 g of Cheddar
  • 60 g of Chives
  • Q.S. of Pepper
  • Q.S. of Salt

Decoration

  • Q.S. of Bacon
  • Q.S. of Chives

* Puratos product

Working Method

Base

  1. Mix all the ingredients for 4 min. at medium speed.

Filling

  1. Bake the bacon slightly and let it cool down.
  2. Mix the bacon, cheddar and chopped chives (save a little bit of bacon and chives for the decoration) into the batter.
  3. Pipe 110 g of the batter into muffin paper cups.

Decoration

  1. Decorate with the rest of the bacon and chopped chives.
  2. Bake for 25 min. at 180 °C.
