Ingredients

Cake

  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake CL*
  • 350 g of Eggs 
  • 225 g of Water 
  • 300 g of Oil 
  • 100 g of Classic Citron*

Decoration

  • QS. of Carat Decorcrem White*

*Puratos product

Working Method

  1. Mix all the cake ingredients for 2 min. at slow speed with a flat beater.
  2. Scrape down and mix for 2 more min. at medium speed.
  3. Put in Savarin moulds.
  4. Bake at 175°C for 35min.
  5. After baking, leave to cool down and cover the cake with (35-40°C) Carat Decocrem White.
