Recipe: Halloween Carrot Cupcakes


  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Carrot
  • 350 g of Eggs
  • 300 g of Oil
  • 250 g of Water
  • 200 g of Carrots
  • 100 g of Raisins
Cheese topping
  • 1000 g of Cryst-o-fil White
  • 300 g of Deli Cheescake

Working Method

  1. Mix all the cake ingredients during 5 min. with a flat beater at medium speed. 
  2. Pipe 40 g into a paper cup and bake at 180°C during 20 min. 
Cheese topping
  1. Mix Deli Cheesecake with whipped Cryst-o-fil White.
  2. Pipe on top of the cupcake.
