Pink Brownie Bite

Ingredients

Brownie

  • Tegral Satin Brownie CL 500 g
  • Eggs 225 g
  • Aristo Primeur Cake 225 g
  • Belcolade Noir Selection 100 g

Filling

  • Cremfil Ultim Noir Q.S.
  • Topfil Mandarin Q.S.

Decoration

  • Belcolade Lait SelectionQ.S.
  • Rose silver powder Q.S.

Working Method

1. Mix Tegral Satin Brownie CL and eggs for 1 minute at medium speed.
2. Then mix Aristo Primeur Cake into the melted Belcolade Noir Selection. Mix the chocolate blend with the cake blend for 1 minute, then scrape and mix again for 3 minutes at high speed.
3. Pipe a macaron shape and bake at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes depending on the size of the brownie.
4. Fill the sides with Cremfil Ultim Noir and fill the centre with Topfil Mandarin. Then close the brownie cookie.
5. Cover the brownie with tempered Belcolade Lait Selection.
6. Use rose silver powder for decoration.
