Pink Brownie Bite
1. Mix Tegral Satin Brownie CL and eggs for 1 minute at medium speed.
2. Then mix Aristo Primeur Cake into the melted Belcolade Noir Selection. Mix the chocolate blend with the cake blend for 1 minute, then scrape and mix again for 3 minutes at high speed.
3. Pipe a macaron shape and bake at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes depending on the size of the brownie.
4. Fill the sides with Cremfil Ultim Noir and fill the centre with Topfil Mandarin. Then close the brownie cookie.
5. Cover the brownie with tempered Belcolade Lait Selection.
6. Use rose silver powder for decoration.
