Mix the Tegral Satin Cream Cake and the Aristo Primeur Cake until a sandy texture is obtained and add the eggs. Add the Belcolade Chocolate Chunks.
Scoop the dough half sphere shape using an ice cream scoop. Poke a hole halfway in the center of the cookie. (Easier to do when the cookie dough is cold.) Pipe the Cremfil Ultim in the center of the cookie. Bake at 160°C during +/- 15 min.
