Lemon layer cake

Delicious & refreshing layered lemon cake



  • 1000 g of Tegral Patacrout    
  • 100 g of Whole eggs    
  • 400 g of Aristo Primeur Croissant    

Working method:

  1. Mix all ingredients to obtain homogeneous dough.
  2. Laminate at 3mm.
  3. Bake at 180°c for 13 minutes.
  4. Dough of size 30 x 40 cm

Lemon filling


  • 600g of Deli Lemon Pie   

Working method:

  1. Apply a layer of Deli lemon pie and bake at 180°c for 15 minutes.
  2. Let cool down.

Cake Layer


  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin moist cake yellow    
  • 400 g of Whole eggs    
  • 400 g of Oil    
  • 200 g of Water    

Working method:

  1. Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes.
  2. Spread regularly on a sheet paper.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
  4. Put on Deli Lemon pie.

Chocolate mousse


  • 1000 g of Fresh cream    
  • 960 g of Belcolade Origin Costa Rica    
  • 500 g of Fresh cream    
  • 500 g of Chantypak    
  • 400 g of Deli Lemon Pie    

Working method:

  1. Boil fresh cream and pour on the Chocolate.
  2. Mix to obtain homogeneous ganache and add Deli Lemon pie.
  3. Whisk fresh cream and Chantypak together and gently mix with the ganache at 35°C
  4. Pour on the Tegral Satin moist. 
  5. Put in the freezer.
  6. Cut on desired size and decorate with whipped Deli Lemon Pie.
