Hot & Shake Caramel recipe


  • Soluble coffee - 2 g 
  • Salted caramel pieces - 10 g 
  • Milk - 300 g 
  • Belcolade Lait Caramel - 50 g 
  • Belcolade Noir Selection Cacao-Trace - 25 g

Working method

  • Put all ingredients, except the milk, in a 500 ml bottle and close.

Serving tip

  • Open the bottle and pour hot milk (80°C) into it and close. 
  • Leave to rest for 5 minutes and shake the bottle for 2 minutes. 
  • Open the bottle and serve.


Make sure you have a good quality bottle to avoid danger of burning yourself.
