Method
Mix all ingredients except oil for 7 min at high speed. Add the oil for 1 min more at low speed. Put 350 gr in the traditionnal chiffon pan and bake 30 min at 180°C.
Tips and Tricks
After baking, shock the mold on the table and turn oven to cool down.
