Bring the water to boil. Infuse the tea in it for approximately 10 minutes and let cool down. Squeeze the lemon and put everything together in a mixing bowl. Whip the ingredients 1 minute on first speed and 5 minute son 2th speed. Pipe 280gr in an Angel Mold and bake. Demold and let cool down.
Make the butter soft until a creamy texture. Add everything togethe rand mix until a smooth creamy texture.
