1. Base - 45g
- Mix all the ingredients to make the base for 2min. at slow speed using a fl at beater.
- Mix for another 2 min. at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
- Fill a ball-shaped mold of 4 cm diameter.
2. Filling - 15g
- Fill the cake ball with Cremfil Classic Vanilla 30 % Sugar Reduced.
- Bake at 170°C for ± 25 min.
3. Decoration - 14g
- Roll the cake balls in Sublimo.
- Cover them with coconut, rice poppers
