Vivafil Zebra Cake

Tasty raspberry fruit filling zebra cake to creatively indulge your customers!

Cake Batter


  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Creme Cake
  • 350 g of whole eggs 
  • 300 g of oil 
  • 225 g of water 


  •  Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed with a flat beater.

Fruit fillings


  • 140g of Vivafil Raspberry 


  1. Alternate cake batter & Sigulda Raspberry in a round baking mould.
  2. Sprinkle generously with icing sugar just before baking.
  3. Bake at 170°C for approximately 40 minutes (when total weight of 500g).
