In a mixer with a paddle, soft the butter then add the salt and egg yolks and to finish the Tegral Satin Cream Cake CL, Cool Down. Laminate at 5 minutes and bake into heart shape mould. Bake at 180°C to a light brown colour.
Mix the Cremyvit and water together with a whisk for 5 minutes and let it rest for 3 minutes. Add the Praline Pistache and then mix again for 2 minutes. Fold the whipped cream.
Pipe the pistachio diplomate cream on top of the heart shaped dough and add fresh strawberry and pomegranate on top. Use Harmony Ready Ruby to spray on top of the tart. Add some pieces of broken pistachios for decoration.
