Ingredients

  • 200 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Red Velvet* (Cake mix) 
  • 100 g of Chocolate chips 
  • 60 g of Butter 
  • 40 g of Eggs 
  • QS. of Cremfil Ultim White Chocolate* (Chocolate fillings)

Working Method

  1. Mix Tegral Satin Cream Cake Red Velvet and butter until sandy texture.
  2. Add the eggs and the chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop with an ice cream scooper (20 g).
  4. Fill the ball with 5 g of Cremfil Ultim White Chocolate.
  5. Reseal the hole.
  6. Bake at 160°C during 11 min.
