Ingredients

Cake

  • 1000 g of X-Press Satin Cream Cake
  • 550 g of Cherry juice

Filling

  • Q.S. Vivafil Cherry

Decoration

  • Q.S. Carat Decorcrem

Working Method

Cake

  1. Pour the cherry juice into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cake mix to the cherry juice.
  3. Mix all ingredients with a paddle for 5 min. at medium speed.
  4. Pipe the cake batter into the cupcake moulds.
  5. Bake at 180 °C for approximately 15 min.
  6. Allow to cool down.

Filling

Pipe 15 g Vivafil Cherry inside the muffin

Decoration

Cover with Carat Decorcrem
