Ingredients

Cake batter

  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Moist Cake Dark* (Cake mix) 
  • 400 g of Eggs 
  • 400 g of Oil 
  • 200 g of Water 

Filling & Assembly

  • QS. of Cremfil Ultim* (Chocolate filling)

Decoration

  • QS. Carat Coverlux Dark* (Compound chocolate)

Working Method

Cake batter

  1. Mix all ingredients together into a mixing bowl with a paddle for 5 min on a medium speed.

Filling & Assembly

  1. In a half sphere mold, pipe 15 g of the cake batter, then 15 gr of Cremfil Ultim chocolate and finish with 15 g of the cake batter.
  2. Top off with baking paper and a tray to keep the bottom flat.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 17 to 20 min.

Decoration

  1. When cold, enrobe with Carat Coverlux Dark and finish with stripes of the same Carat.
