- 1000 g of X-Press Satin Cream Cake
- 550 g of Water
- Q.S. Hazelnuts or almonds
- Pour the water into a mixing bowl.
- Add the cake mix to the water.
- Mix all ingredients with a paddle for 5 min. at medium speed.
- Slice the bananas into cubes.
- Add the bananas to the cake batter.
- Mix for 1 min. at medium speed.
- Pipe the cake batter into the moulds and sprinkle some nuts on top.
- Bake at 180 °C for approximately 35 min.
