Ingredients

Cake

  • 1000 g of X-Press Satin Cream Cake
  • 550 g of Water

Filling

  • 300 g of Ripe bananas

Decoration

  • Q.S. Hazelnuts or almonds

Working Method

Cake

  1. Pour the water into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cake mix to the water.
  3. Mix all ingredients with a paddle for 5 min. at medium speed.

Filling

  1. Slice the bananas into cubes.
  2. Add the bananas to the cake batter.
  3. Mix for 1 min. at medium speed.

Decoration

  1. Pipe the cake batter into the moulds and sprinkle some nuts on top.
  2. Bake at 180 °C for approximately 35 min.
