Working Method
Dorayaki Batter
- Dissolve the glycerol in the water.
- Mix the eggs, oil, sugar and Easy Acti Fresh Dorayaki in a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment for
- 2 min. at medium speed.
- Add the flour and half of the water and mix for 2 min. at medium speed.
- Add the rest of the water and mix for 5 min. at medium speed.
- Bake your Dorayaki on Masdac® Dorayaki equipment.
Hazelnut Filling
Pipe the Carat Nuxel Hazelnut in between two Dorayaki.
