If your customers are interested to buy a muffin…they might as well opt for a more nutritious option! Get inspired by this recipe, which allows you to create a delicious and nutritious muffin with fewer calories and 12.6g less sugar while adding 8.7 more fibers than an average muffin on the market!
Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes on medium speed using a paddle. Pipe 70g in each muffin cup and pipe 15g of the filling in the middel. Pipe 30 g on top of the filling and bake for approximately 35minutes on 180°C.
