Recipe

With a dough similar to what is used in Pizza, Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread that offers many taste associations! it is usually seasoned with olive oil, salt and herbs but may also, at times, be topped with onion, cheese and meat. A perfect way to offer new varieties to your customers!

Ingredients (%)

  • 100 % of flour 
  • 70 % of water
  • 4 % of O-tentic Origin 
  • 2 % of salt 
  • 10 % of Olive oil

Filling & topping

  • 1 l of water 
  • 200 g of Olive oil 
  • 80 g of salt 

Working Method

After baking, the focaccia can be cut into squares and filled with tomato and mozzarella. Wrap in plastic and freeze. Whenever needed, thaw the focaccia and grill it.
