Pour the water and orange juice into a mixing bowl
Add the cake mix to the liquids
Mix all ingredients with a whisk for 5 min at high speed
Make trays of approximately 40 x 60 cm and 3 mm thickness
Bake at 210 °C for approximately 6 min
Remove directly from the hot tray after baking to avoid sticking

Water
375 g
Deli Citron
80 g
Ambiante
200 g
Pastry Cream
Pour the water into a mixing bowl
Add the Cremyvit to the water
Mix all ingredients with a paddle for 3 min. at medium speed
Leave to rest for 2 min. and mix again for 2 min
Add 400 g of the pastry cream to a bowl
Add the Deli Citron and the whipped Ambiante on top
Mix all ingredients
Cover the layers with the filling
Make the roll and put in the freezer for approximately 30 min.

Prepare a thin layer of Ambiante
Cover the roll with a layer of DécoFondant
Cut the desired size and decorate
