Carrot Cake has a soft texture and the carrots enhance the flavour, texture and appearance of the cake. There are a number of different recipes, and while some include nuts such as almonds or walnuts, others add raisins or fruit such as chopped apples or pieces of pineapple.

Ingredients
Carrot cupcake
- 100 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Carrot
- 350 g of eggs
- 300 g of oil
- 250 g of water
- 200 g of carrots
- 100 g of raisins
Cheese Topping
- 1000 g of Cryst-o-fil White
- 300 g of Deli Cheese Cake
Working method
- Mix all ingredients during 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Pipe 40 g into a paper cup and baked at 180°C during 20 minutes.
- Mix Deli Chees Cake with whipped Cryst-o-fil.
- Pipe on top of the cup cake.
