Carrot Cupcake

Carrot Cake has a soft texture and the carrots enhance the flavour, texture and appearance of the cake. There are a number of different recipes, and while some include nuts such as almonds or walnuts, others add raisins or fruit such as chopped apples or pieces of pineapple.

The Carrot cupcake keeps a delicious sweet flavour profile along with a soft & creamy texture thanks to Acti-Fresh! It's size brings more convenience for on-the-go snacks. 


Carrot cupcake

  • 100 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Carrot 
  • 350 g of eggs 
  • 300 g of oil 
  • 250 g of water 
  • 200 g of carrots 
  • 100 g of raisins 

Cheese Topping

  • 1000 g of Cryst-o-fil White 
  • 300 g of Deli Cheese Cake

Working method

  1. Mix all ingredients during 5 minutes at medium speed. 
  2. Pipe 40 g into a paper cup and baked at 180°C during 20 minutes.
  3. Mix Deli Chees Cake with whipped Cryst-o-fil.
  4. Pipe on top of the cup cake.
