With this Cake'aron, a mix between a cake and a macaroon, discover the exceptional versatile and easy baking Satin mixes! They will allow you to offer a wide selection of tastes, shapes, and sophistication to your customers!


  • 1000 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake Red Velvet 
  • 350 g of eggs 
  • 300 g of Oil 
  • 225 g of water 
  • Q.S. of Vivafil Raspberry 
  • Q.S. of Belcolade Blanc Selection

Working method

  1.  Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed with a flat beater. 
  2. Pipe drops of batter on a silpat, approximately 1,5-2 cm diameter. 
  3. Bake at 180°C for approximately 8 minutes. 
  4. Fill like macaron shells when completely cooled down. 
  5. Dip in tempered Belcolade Blanc Selection and decorate with transfer sheet before the chocolate sets.
