Cake Brochettes

Looking for a scrumptious cake to please your customer's taste buds? Seduce them by baking them your own creative Cake brochettes with a creamy smooth texture and delicious taste with Satin Cream Cake!


  • 500 g of Tegral Satin Cream Cake 
  • 175 g of eggs 
  • 150 g of oil 
  • 125 g of water 


  1. Mix all the ingredients during 5 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Pipe into silpat moulds of different shape and bake at 180°C during approx 15 minutes (depending on the size of the cake).
  3. Once the cakes are cool, dip half way in chocolate. 
  4. Let the chocolate set and place a variety of cakes on a bamboo stick.

Looking to add a crunchy twist? Opt for one of these alternatives : 

  1. Add 8-10% Summum Pistache and sprinkle with sliced pistachios and crumble.
  2. Add 8-10% Summum Noix and sprinkle with broken walnuts.

Replace Tegral Satin Cream Cake with Tegral Satin Cream Cake Belgian Chocolate and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
