Mix all ingredients with a paddle for 5 min at medium speed
Filling
Ripe bananas
300 g
Slice the bananas into cubes
Add the bananas to the cake batter
Mix for 1 min at medium speed
Decoration
Hazelnuts or almonds

Pipe the cake batter into the moulds and sprinkle some nuts on top
Bake at 180 °C for approximately 35 min
Tips and Tricks
This is an easy recipe that can be made with fresh
ripe bananas! So instead of throwing over-ripe
bananas away because they are too ripe to be
sold, you can use them!
