Method
Put everything together in a mixing bowl. Whip the ingredients 1 minute on first speed and 5 minutes on 2th speed. Pipe 280 gr in an Angel Mold and bake for 35 minutes on 170°C the top and 180°C on the bottom. Demold and let cool down.
